Hepatology Group Presentation Awarded at UEG Week 2025 in Berlin

The IRT–Gut Unit, Hepatology Group (Dr. Sheida Moghadamrad), is pleased to share that Oriol Juanola has been awarded both a Travel Grant and the Best Presentation Award at the United European Gastroenterology (UEG) Week, held in Berlin, 3–7 October.
His presentation explored how Paneth cells act as immune regulators in the development of metabolic dysfunction–associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) and received recognition from the international scientific community.
